Live@Edu is a Web 2.0 Collaboration Platform that will provide your students with:
- Organization-managed email (via Outlook Web App) with a conventional username
- Web App versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Note
- Collaboration tools (share and collaborate on documents)
- 8GB of secure storage in the cloud.
How to Provision a Student on Live@Edu
This Tutorial will show you how to Provision student accounts on our Green Dot Network. In order to properly provision student accounts, you must:
- Ensure that the computer/computer lab you are using is currently on the Green Dot Network
- Have students sign the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) - Click here to download
- Have students' First Name, Last Name, and Student ID on hand (or check the directory here: http://bit.ly/gdlivestudents
Don't forget to have students LOG OFF after each session on both Live@Edu and the Computer!
